Merger

CKD Finlayson Hughes and Cluttons (Scotland) merged on 7th April 2003 to form a new partnership, CKD Galbraith.

It is a partnership based on traditional values but focused firmly on the future.

Prior to the merger, our two firms enjoyed long-established and outstanding reputations in different areas of Scotland for providing high quality service to clients.

CKD Finlayson Hughes was a market leader in the heartlands of Perthshire and the Highlands while Cluttons (Scotland) was renowned for its strengths in the central belt and West of Scotland.

The partnership of CKD Galbraith is built on the heritage of the two firms and aspires to be Scotland’s pre-eminent property consultancy, specialising in serving private client needs.

Our knowledge, experience and expertise enables us to offer clients a greater range of services from an enlarged network of offices throughout Scotland. We are a national firm with local knowledge.

CKD Galbraith also enjoys a successful relationship with its associate firm in London, CKD Kennedy Macpherson.

The CKD Galbraith partnership has 11 members supported by a dedicated staff of 93. With principal offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Inverness and Ayr, the firm provides the full range of property consulting services to both private and public sector clients across the commercial, residential and rural sectors.
