James Galbraith

James Galbraith is Chairman of CKD Galbraith and in charge of the Edinburgh office. He heads the Commercial Property Team, which is responsible for the management of significant commercial portfolios located principally in the north of England and Scotland. James, formerly the senior partner in Cluttons (Scotland), also oversees the rural professional consultancy in the Edinburgh office.

Tim Kirkwood

Tim Kirkwood is Chief Executive of CKD Galbraith and is based in Inverness where he provides management services and consulting to a wide range of clients. An Honours graduate in Ecology, he has particular expertise in aquaculture work. Tim was formerly managing partner of CKD Finlayson Hughes.

Chris Addison-Scott

Chris Addison-Scott runs the Glasgow office and leads the Rural Estate Management team based in Ayr and Glasgow. Chris is a specialist in urban fringe estates and is involved in management and consultancy on several Scottish islands.

Wattie Barbour

Wattie Barbour heads up the Land Agency Department in the Perth office and has over 25 years experience in the Scottish rural property market. He is also involved in general practice work including property valuation and overseeing utility work.

John Bound

John Bound is based in the Inverness office. He joined the Partnership of Finlayson Hughes in 1985 and is head of the Estate Agency Department in the north, specialising in the buying and selling of country houses, farms and estates. He also undertakes estate management and rural valuation work.

Bob Cherry

Bob Cherry has been closely involved in the property market around Glasgow, Ayrshire and south-west Scotland for the last 20 years. He is responsible for estate agency and lettings, valuations and other residential and rural property services provided by the Ayr and Glasgow offices.

Calum Innes

Calum Innes is in charge of the Commercial Property Department of the Perth office. He provides agency, consultancy and professional services to private clients. Calum is also faculty chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Scotland.

William Jackson

William Jackson heads up the Estate Agency Department in the Perth office. He has been active in the rural property market since 1980 and concentrates on the sales, purchases and valuations of all types of rural property including houses and castles, farms and estates.

Pam Over

Pam Over is involved in the running of the Edinburgh and Glasgow Commercial Departments. She is project manager on major schemes and has experience in all aspects of the property development process.

Robert Rattray

Robert Rattray leads the firm’s Sporting and Holiday Letting Departments from the Perth office. He has been involved in property and field sports for 25 years. Robert specialises in sporting lettings, with an active input into the sales and management of sporting estates.

Iain Russell

Iain Russell works from the Inverness office and is involved in wide-ranging management, consultancy and valuation work on property throughout Scotland. He worked in central Scotland, south east England, overseas and London and has been based in Inverness since 1990.
