Stephen Letch leads one of the commercial property management teams within the Commercial Property Department based in the Edinburgh office. He and his team provide a range of professional services that is usually associated with commercial property management.

The team provide a dedicated support to a select number of investors who own portfolio’s of investment properties throughout the United Kingdom. The team provide a core management service together with some additional valuation and negotiation consultancy work. They provide advice on other property related services that may be procured from within CKD Galbraith or from other specialist property consultants.

Stephen has extensive experience within commercial property management having previously worked for both The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Next plc. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Scotland
