Portfolio Asset Management

At the core of our commercial expertise is portfolio asset management and we are currently responsible for more than £250 million of property with over 300 individual tenancies. Our activities incorporate the daily management of a wide range of properties from shopping centres to individual industrial units with a geographical spread from Aberdeen to the Midlands. Strategies are implemented to deal with individual client objectives with ongoing reviews to add value wherever possible.

Our bespoke property management data systems with integrated accounts process clients’ invoicing and banking requirements, including the provision of full information for tax purposes. We deal with both onshore and offshore entities.

We are also able to pull all strands of commercial property expertise together which allows us to provide sound objective advice.
