9. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS AND SERVITUDES The subjects are sold together with and subject to all existing rights of way, servitudes, wayleaves and others whether contained in the Title Deeds or otherwise, and purchasers will be deemed to have satisfied themselves in all respects thereof.

10. CONDITIONS OF LEASE In the event of a Lessee failing to pay the initial rent within 14 days from the agreed date of entry, the Lessor shall be entitled to resile from the bargain and to re-let the property without prejudice to his right to recover from the prospective Lessee any loss incurred.
